We have been plagued by advertising spam, and as a result we are now asking people who want an Uppity Wisconsin blog-level account to fill out a brief questionnaire. This is to determine your interest in blogging about Wisconsin politics.

PLEASE note that if you do not live in Wisconsin or have a direct tie to Wisconsin, and you want to blog about anything that is not related to progressive politics in Wisconsin, we're just not going to approve the account, so don't waste your time filling in the form.
