I saw the group walking and asked them about the cost of NOT disarming Saddam and liberating the 25 million people. The cost in freedom for the 25 million, the continued Saddam killing of his own people with WMD, his state sponsored rape rooms and plastic shredders, and mass graves. I asked them about the cost to the United States if Saddam had passed WMD similar to the ones he used on his own people, through al quaida and they showed up in say, Chicago and killed millions. I asked them to consider the cost of just one attack on 9-11-01, the 3000 lives, the billions in reconstruction and economic effects.

The Code Pink group had no answer to this...they just blindly want to "end the war" and they are not concerned about the millions of Iraqis that would be killed, and the fact that al qaida or Iran would take over and use it as a base of operations to attack America. They did not understand that we cannot unilaterally "end the war", because the radical Islamo-fascists will not stop the war, they will continue to attack us.
