This unfortunately is exactly what citizens have come to expect even though it disgusts them. Wisconsin has apparently surged to the forefront of arrogance by the judiciary and lawyers that are supposed to be officers of the court. Short of massive throwing out of incumbents that continue to thumb their noses at the people they are supposed to serve, we will continue to see more and more behavior indicative of a two class society. It's not the haves and the have nots, it's the do as I say not as I do or you'll be punished mentailty. Despicable is a complimentary word for the actions. ANd the three judge panel said what, we don't care what the complainers say?
