This is good news. A couple of years back the Bush administration was closing EPA libraries and destroying "superfluous documents". They were also relaxing standards which allowed the release of toxins to the tune of TEN times the amount which were previously allowed. So the "alarming" rates of pollution we are seeing in the Great Lakes exemplifies their wanton disregard for humanity and all forms of life. Great post, thanks.
