We have been losing a huge percentage of our population in the teen and even pre-teen years. We're not getting enough people to college or trades. If we suffer a major economic collapse, that will be the root, not a few low paying low skilled jobs that we rearrange. As for China, India and the rest, clearly they are catching up in the middle levels and are cheaper at the lower levels, we need to reverse the trend in the middle, or at least not be passed as is beginning to occur.
It's not the U level we hurt
