Then there was this story about the idiosyncrasies of our government, as well as others.  The intro:  "

That spy satellite story reminded me to check up on the middle east cable cut story.  John Dvorak has a great article, "fishy", he says, "fishy"....hmmm.  Well anyway, if your interested here's the fishy story in its entirety (with links!).
