What part of

"the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE infringed" don"t you understand Bill

The Framers of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights feared the power of government they had just fought a war with the Super power of the era they wanted to make sure the People could stand up to any government power foreign or domestic. They were not talking about the right of people to own hunting guns or target weapons they were talking about the right of the people to be as well armed if not better armed than the forces of the State. They came from an era where the average American citizen owned a better weapon than the British troops they had been fighting. The rifled musket most Colonial militia men used was the Assault Rifle of the day and far superior to the Brown Bess musket the average British Solider was equipped with. So I am very sure the Framers never intended for the forces of the State to be more powerful than the forces of the people. So any law that infringes on the right to own any type of fire arm is actually Unconstitutional in my humble opinion.

As long as one is not a felon what right does the State have to any information on the number of guns I own or where I store them or where I bought them for that matter. I should not have to prove I am entitled to buy a fire arm as a citizen of this nation I am born with that right.

It is very funny your side finds rights all the time in the Constitution that do not exist(show me the line that says we have a right to privacy) but you want to ignore rights that are plainly written right into the Bill of Rights
