U.S. Rep. David Obey (D-WI) will be at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point giving a talk about the war in Iraq. The talk will take place 10 a.m. Monday at UWSP’s Communication Arts Center, 1101 Reserve St., Stevens Point, in room 333. The talk is sponsored by UWSP’s College Democrats.
