John Kerry is now speaking.
Today the call for change is more powerful than ever. Obama and Biden will shut down Guantanamo, and respect the constitution.
Even a country as powerful as the United States needs some friends in this world.
He's now speaking about McCain "Talk about being for it before you're against it - Before he ever debates Barack Obama, John McCain should finish the debate with himself."
The Rove-McCain tactics are outdated and outworn - and America will reject them in 2008.
