How To Steal The Election
Posted October 26th, 2006 by Steve HansonThis is a very interesting (though probably fairly techie) review of what a mess the Help America Vote Act has made of our voting infrastructure from the viewpoint of hackability.
Alas - if only that were the ONLY problem. With the mounting evidence that the last two presidential elections were stolen, you only need to combine the past practices of not counting votes with the new technological possibilities of hacking the vote to make you wonder who the heck really won any election in the US.

Wisconsin Impeachment/Bring Our Troops Home
Posted April 9th, 2007 by Steve HansonOur Coalition is composed of volunteers from various organizations.
We believe the very costly war in Iraq may have been launched illegally and that it and other possibly illegal actions by President Bush and his administration are the major issues facing America.
We wish to protect democracy and defend the constitution--and believe that a return to the rule of law can bring both peace and justice.
We were inspired by the successful April Bring Our Troops Home referendum efforts in 32 communities across the state.
Our goal is to be a resource to help activists in communities throughout Wisconsin place resolutions on the November 2006 and April 2007 ballots:
- calling on the administration to BRING OUR TROOPS HOME
- calling on the congress to START an IMPEACHMENT INVESTIGATION of the Bush administration.
