Northern Spirit Radio

Northern Spirit Radio seeks to give a voice to those doing the work of the Spirit - Peace, Justice, Care for Creation and more. The audio programs are available for syndication and explore the roots and fruits of the Spirit through the Spirit In Action program and the Song of the Soul program. Originally broadcast on WHYS, a project of Northern Thunder in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the program seeks to claim the full voice and authority deserved by those working to truly heal and advance our world.

Peace North

Peace North is a small but very dedicated group of peace and social justice activists in Northern Wisconsin. Our activities include local vigils, bi-monthly free-to-the-public movie presentations on a variety of social topics, organizing busses with other groups for national demonstrations, sumitting weekly editorials to our local newspaper, letter-writing campaigns to politicians, collecting signatures for the Troop Withdrawal Referendom, and sponsoring other local and regional events.

Red Cedar Peace Initiative

We want to organize anti-war voters into an effective political force that cannot be ignored. We provide voters with the information and tools they need to be effective advocates; this may mean educating your friends and family on the occupation, writing letters to the media, or becoming active in your region's Congressional elections.
