I don't think that's what they said at all
One person they interviewed on that show said that they believed that Biden was trying to position himself and Obama as stronger on defense against terrorism than McCain, because McCain and the current administration keep trying to protect us by going after the wrong people.
I don't really think that's the same thing as saying that Th Real News positions the Obama/Biden ticket to the right of McCain. You might as well say that CSPAN is a Republican or Democratic organization because they carried te national conventions.

I love Real News. I think they do a good job covering both the war parties. For example see their coverage on Georgia and the evil Dr. Brz.
Funny Dr. Brz. is an Obama security adviser, but then his grand daughter Nika is considered a Neo Con on MSNBC.
Hmm, there seems to be very little difference between the two as foreign policy is concerned. Just today Bush implemented Obama's notion of taking troops from Iraq and putting them into Afghanistan.
