Today a state appeals court overturned Judge Mac Davis' ruling from Jan 20 which required the GAB to use new rules to determine the validity of signatures  on Gov. Walker's recall petitions. This on-again-off-again set of rules has thrown much of the recall process into a turmoil.

The GAB today announced that they will discuss the new ruling on Tuesday in closed session, and otherwise has no comment at this time.  It's not clear that this new ruling at this late date will actually have any effect on the ongoing process of reviewing the recall petitions.
