This arrest is extremely suspicious.  Of course Police Chief Arts is satisfied with this explanation.  What about the citizens of Green Bay?  The department says, "For unknown reasons those details had not been tranferred to the proper report." according to the Fox News story.  Officer Steffens receives a phone call from a "former police officer" at 2:20am according to police documents but the call does not show up on the cell phone records for Steffen's squad car.  What's going on here?  And who is Officer Steffen's taking his instructions from?  I call foul.  Something smells and this time it isn't the soap company.
