Stephanie Tubbs JonesThe Congressional Black Caucus is currently having a tribute to Stepanie Tubbs Jones. Charles Rangel has just spoken very movingly about her contributions and strength. We all lost a lot in her tragic recent death and I hope that someone else will come forward who can help to take her place.
